I lost another 4lb this week - that makes 1 stone 2 lb or, if you prefer, 16 lb!
I really want to lose 2 stone by my, sorry, our birthday in June - I think its possible now!
I felt a bit weird last night, I didn't really take it in but I feel a lot better about it now.

Its 6.43 pm and I'm bored - what again I hear you cry!
Why do I always seem to be bored lately? Perhaps its because I feel my life is in such a rut and I can't be bothered to change anything about it!
And another thing -I haven't had a cigarette for over 3 months now but today I am absolutely desparate!

Its now Wednesday afternoon and the working week is half over. You'd think that I'd be happy but, since when have you ever known me happy? :roll:
Its my job in work this week to be a total martyr - I moved some heavy boxes last week and as soon as I moved them I knew that I'd done the wrong thing and, yep, you've guessed it my shoulders are now killing me! Its very difficult to type all day and my shoulders seem to be getting more and stiff as the week lumbers on.
The difficulty I have is, how on earth can you stop and move around when all I do is actually surf the internet as part of my job, how are you supposed to move a mouse, by thought control?

I lost 5lb at my slimming class last night. Now technically this should only be 3 as I put on that naughty (!) 2 last week. This means I'm only 2lb away from my first stone so I am quite happy as you may have gathered!
Last night, I was laying in bed with my beautiful ginger cat Jasper watching Without a Trace when Monkey Boy comes upstairs saying "do you know a *************?" (No names I'm protecting the innocent Miss B!) I said yes of course and he proceeded to take the most of the next hour talking to my dear beloved friend! I said to him when he came up "were you chatting her up dear?" and the funniest answer was when he said "I don't know, I think I was accidentially!"

Hooray hooray train season starts soon! For the ininitiated my dear beloved Monkey Boy has a really sad hobby, he goes all over the country and rides on trains, well to be specific, a certain class of trains.
Now this normally takes him most of the summer weekends and leaves me seething - just ask Sister and Nat!
Surely you get married for companionship? His cop out excuse is "you can come with me"! Who wants to spend 6 or 7 hours on a train and be bored out of their tiny little mind? I'm bored enough as it is!
Another thing that annoys me is that I have to wait until October at least to go and see Nat, when the weather isn't as good, mind you it was beautiful last year!

Even though I've gone over to allegedly marvelous broadband, my computer refuses to go online - hows that for a "smart" computer! So heres the basic update of my life....
I'm still bored, I put on 2lb at my slimming class on Monday as I was so bored I ate a ton of chocolate at the weekend!
But, on the bright side, I'm hunting around for flights for Nat Fest in October, although the venue has not been totally confirmed yet!

Its 8.30 pm, only 30 minutes to go until brand new CSI but I'm bored! None of my playmates are online and no-one wants to talk :cry
Monkey Boy's watching X Files reruns but its all one's I remember so I'm bored with that too.....
It's my granny's 92nd birthday tomorrow, this time last year Nat was over, it doesn't seem like a year ago, I wish she was coming over again this year - how about it Nat?

I lost a pound last night, a measly pound! Well I am having my monthly so therefore thats probably the reason why I haven't so much, that and the fact that it was in fact my first in 6 weeks, and yes I WAS worried!
Now for a rant, it makes me laugh in work that when its a lunch hour we are still expected to answer the phone, surely it should be as if we are not here, especially when its a personal call! The alleged tea room we have we now have to share with other people and if I want to sit in front of my computer and surf for 30 mins thats my concern!
Rant over....

I don't know if this happens to anyone else but sometimes I pick up a dvd and think to myself "damn it" (or words to that effect!) and just buy it whether I should or no!
Well that happened today with Season 1 ER in W H Smiths!

I don't know if I like Sundays or no. Its still a day off work but you know the next day you have to go back to the same old routine but you can still spend the day doing what you want.
Obviously my favourite sort of day would be to laze around in bed all day but grumpy Monkey Boy is one of those people who gets up at the crack of dawn and then falls asleep at around 8.30.
I'm a night owl, I was awake until 3 am last night watching dvds and I like a long lie in on a Sunday.

Why is it when you eagerly anticipate post it never turns up on time?
As you all know, I'm a big fan of Oz but have to import the dvds from America as we here in Blighty haven't got the sense to release them here!
I've been waiting for, it seems like, eons for my dvds to turn up. Every day Sister calls me and asks if they're here yet and I have to say no....
Ah well, as Scarlett O'Hara said "Tomorrow is another day....."

Yayyy my broadband connection turned up today so I am currently running faster than I ever have before lol! :lol:
The downside is now Monkey Boy is trying to stash away the cables and, bless him, he doesn't know how to be gentle and keeps on kicking me off! I can't remember the last time we had so many rows about something stupid like this! :cry:
But for every downside there is an upside - I've got my sister addicted to Oz lol!

Its 4.58 pm over here and I'm waiting for my beloved to come home with Mum so we can go to our slimming class.
I think I've done quite well, I've ate a lot of fish and tried to be good but obviously once I get on the scales the effort will tell.
When you've got to lose as much weight as I do it seems like a mountain to climb but I'm trying to take it half a stone at a time. :lol:

Well, bigger fools me and A-M who stayed up until 5.20 am to watch the Oscars! :oops:
The only main surprise was Sean Penn winning Best Actor, everyone else was really obvious. I seem to have lost touch this year with the movies, normally I've seen most of the ones nominated but this year I'd only really seen LOTR, don't get me wrong though, Peter Jackson totally deserved all those oscars! :lol:
We also thought that the women had really made an effort this year but our fave dress had to be Angelina Jolie.
