Well, its been another week or so since I last updated my blog. Monkey Boy is working until 8pm most nights, he starts at 7.30 am so as you can imagine its making him grumpy Monkey Boy at the mo! :roll:
By the time I get home its time to do a bit of housework, as, as you know I leave the house at 6.30 to go into Mum's as I don't start work until 9. I know it sounds lazy but I always go back to bed for an hour or so at Mum's as there's nothing else to do but eat and get bored! :lol:
Then Paul flits about doing his "chores" whilst I sit down in front of the tv watching "Law and Order" and shouting "come on Paul its one with Angie Harmon in!" whilst he's in the kitchen "doing what he needs to do" whatever that is! :lol:

There was I, having my breakfast when Mum all of a sudden told me a spoiler about 24, I won't reveal it for any other Brits that may be reading but, suffice to say, I was none too chipper.
I will have my revenge tonight, I know a naughty little snippet from unfortunately reading it on the TWoP homepage and I'm gonna get her with it as soon as the episode finishes tonight - revenge is a dish best served cold :lol:

Well, not really. :(
I have half formulated a plan where I stay until the bitter end, take a week off and then sign on with a temping agency - I'm a legal secretary by trade and temping agencies virtually bite your hand off (with glee may I add!) when you say you are one!
Then I only have 5 weeks until my holiday and I will worry about a permanent position when I get back.
I really appreciate everyone thinking of me, unfortunately its not the first time I've been made redundant and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last! :lol: :roll: :roll:

We've just been to a company meeting to be informed that our company is ceasing trading and we have 2 months left until its kaput.
There may be a slight chance that we may be taken over but you've always got to look on the bright side of life. :cry:

Well, I was a very good girl last night and actually lost 6lb the first week! Mum only lost 2lb so she was slightly disappointed but I always lose well in the first week! :lol:
If this rate goes on (I wish!) I will have lost the weight and then some more by the time I go away......
Time will tell......

I'm getting a "new" car tomorrow and I'm quite excited!
I haven't had a car in 2 years, well technically thats not quite right as I had a big Volvo that cost me a lot of money to run and now I've bought a much smaller car from my father in law!
